Following the name change right before the summer of 2021, The Minimalistic Music blog refocused their writing style to provide readers with simple but honest reviews. Inspired by the minimalist writing style, the blog focuses on providing readers a shorter and easier read than other music blogs. The honesty in each review comes from the previous blog’s title, Unedited Music Blog, but in an SEO-friendly article template. 

Common belief might mistakenly comprehend minimalism as lesser quality, and TMM hopes to reverse that belief with emphasis on the saying that “less is more”.
