If I had one guess at what it takes to be successful, I would say confidence has something to do with it.
Confidence and talent can get you far in life, and Jennalyn has that and more.
The more and more I get to know musicians of all kinds in the music industry, the clearer it is to me that today’s music is unlike any other generation before it.
Today’s generation is driven by confidence and talent.

Who is Jennalyn?
21-year old singer-songwriter, actress, and model Jennalyn from the state of Seattle has been releasing music independently as a teen when she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Prior to this, she sung at church performances at age 4 and began recording in studio at age 13.
After not releasing new music since 2017, Jennalyn released her new EP Blade on November 30th, 2021.

Looking at Jennalyn’s album art and press photos, there’s a heavy feel of the HBO Series Game of Thrones in it. I always admired that kind of theme in medieval music, and I will admit that medieval themes are my weakness. The rawness is just beautiful.
Going along with the visual theme, some of the songs on this fantastic EP sound like it would be perfect for the HBO Series Game of Thrones. This is also very diverse medieval sound; Cruel sounds like a Halsey song, These Lights sounds like a Lorde song, and Famous is like a Harley Huke song. All-in-all probably some of the coolest music you’ll find from the year of 2021!
I honestly like every track, it’s well produced and I can’t wait to hear, see, and watch more!
I can’t imagine what Jennalyn’s music sounded like in 2017 as an alternative musician. I’m not saying that as a way to potentially degrade my expectations, it’s just how can you top such a bold and well-made dark pop masterpiece?
In my opinion, I think switching things up for her next release wouldn’t be a bad idea. Jennalyn has shown that she can definitely do this, so why not do it again?
